Reiki Therapy
A Japanese form of energy work, Reiki cleanses and balances the energy system in the body, which encourages healing and a state of serenity. Reiki sessions are offered at $75. The session lasts anywhere from 45 minutes to one hour.
Personal Training
In addition to Stretching, Trigger Point and Reiki, I also offer professional personal training with a special interest in rehab patient issues. Prices start at $50.

To accommodate your needs, I am also available to bring my services directly to you. “Out-calls” require a telephone appointment to determine distance and need. There may be a fee for distance.
